To load and possibly modify a previ­ously created peak evaluation entry, open the node of the proper mea­su­rement by clicking on  the [+] sign, and select the proper peak evaluation node beneath it.

Now the peak evaluator window appears. It will contain spectrum counts, as well as all previously fitted regions and peaks.
